what is the most you have gained on the scale after a binge? by binge i mean at least 1500+ cals. pls note that 1lb = 3500 calories so the scale likely only shows water weight but i'm still curious!!

anyone have low cal ice cream topping ideas? i hate 'plain' ice cream with no chunks, so i put sprinkles [20cal/tsp] and gerber puffs [25cal/60pc] in halo top for some texture. the sprinkles weren't rlly pleasant, the gerber puffs were ok. wouldn't call this a solution tho!
