@IncogAssociate Neena Jha The BMA I worked with a Physicians Assistant 12 years ago. He described his job as being the perpetual F1. He assisted at ward round (similar to me as f1), and he did cannulas and bloods, prepped discharges, etc. Not degrading or belittling, his expectation; and what was needed.

If you're outraged by substitution of 'specialists', then logically you should also be outraged by substitution of your juniors. It seems that many aren't, and that can be telling. It should be about doctors as a whole, as a profession - not just your group.
