We have also developed offline pipelines (github.com/PennPRS/pipeli…) for ten PRS methods and applied our pseudo-training pipelines to over 8,000 phenotypes from diverse global biobanks and made these trained PRS models publicly accessible (pennprs.org/result).

The stomach is an organ unique in its function, environment and exposures. How does this affect the mutations that normal cells in the stomach acquire? What does this reveal about the origins of stomach cancer? These questions and more in our Nature paper: nature.com/articles/s4158…

Study finds that Non-DNMT3A CHIP was associated with CKD progression among individuals with CKD, and Tet2-CHIP mouse models support a causal role in kidney injury. bit.ly/JASN0680 #ASNJASN

In patients with CKD, non-DNMT3A CHIP was associated with cardiovascular disease with an effect size similar to that reported in the general population. bit.ly/JASN0671 #ASNJASN

Research suggests Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) may contribute to CKD and its comorbidities. This Review underscores the need for further research to identify the distinct pathways through which CHIP may contribute to CKD & its comorbidities.
