Under our national maintenance contracts, we are often called to respond to vehicle impact damage. This one was made safe and the site fully operating again within 1h 45 min of the call being logged by the site staff

The value of Preventative maintenance is realised as we move into the winter season. This canopy, has been given a full valet and fresh coat of paint to all the beams and cross members, which will protect it from the mix of moisture and pollutants in the air and prolong its life.

As part of a shop rebrand, we were to install new shop front signage, but a leaky gutter meant the substrate was no longer strong enough to support it. We stripped it all back and repaired the framework with new fascia boards and soffit, ready to take the new signage

Sometimes, we discover other issues like this impact damage, when attending site for something else. We made safe and surveyed for the repair then and fixed it under a new work order, within SLA
