When I say it's easier to understand assembly language than web "tech", I'm not kidding. Assembly is by its nature simple and limited. Standard web technologies are sprawling, ill-defined, and massively overcomplicated for what they do. If you can learn React, you can learn ASM.

📣 I just published an RFC for a new Serialization Protocol for Dart. Its the outcome of over three years working on dart_mappable, lots of feedback from devs and lots of research. I've made a Flutter Forum post about it. Please give it a read and let me know your feedback. 👇

Read the thread for the link. An impressive effort. Already shared with engineers on the Dart team. We're digging in her a LOT. This is great inspiration!

A user told me he downloaded the app on mac. It's possible, but the app is "developed for iPad" and therefore this app has no valid credentials for appcheck (I guess?). Not yet sure how to solve it? Maybe providing the macos version as well? But so I glad I finally know 🙏🙏🙏!

corrode.dev/podcast/s03e08… The car industry is not known for its rapid adoption of new technologies. Therefore, it’s even more exciting to see a company like Volvo Cars embracing Rust for core components of their software stack.

My favorite thing about software engineering is making it transparent. Node is one of the most popular runtimes used on backend engineering yet I feel it is the least understood. I surely ran into this way at times. I spent 7 months working on a course to demystify NodeJS

I've been trying out dart native assets and OMG IS THIS AWESOME. I'm using a rust package that auto compiles to c and then call that via auto generated ffi bindings through Dart. All with a single 'dart run ...' and consumable as a normal package. Its magic!

“To see Dart only as the language for Flutter is to miss out on its most powerful proposition: its potential as a true, end-to-end, full-stack solution.” medium.com/@developerjami…
