I stressed that One-Stop Shop NYC Business Portal needs to prioritize the neediest commercial corridors w language services, technical support & above all w NYC Department of Small Business Services ongoing grants to orgs for Commercial District Needs Assessments-CDNA Chhaya CDC Cooper Square Committee Asian American Federation @ANHDNYC
Olympia Kazi Pearl River Mart Fellow advocates LITNY highlighted that the Legacy Business bill excludes nonprofits/also commercial tenants. In this way many cultural orgs whose 'legacy' we MUST protect will be excluded. Let's PASS #FairRentNYC & PROTECT all smallbiz & NYC's culture Adrienne Adams
