UNIDO's Kaizen expansion project introduced U-SPARK for 3 companies in Sunyani and Kumasi, Ghana. U-SPARK is a digital tool which is expected to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste. The team looks forward to further supporting these companies and more pilots in Ghana.
