Overlooked in phase 2 - What are parents supposed to do now that most daycares still aren’t open but employers are telling them to come into the office? Lots of people I know are struggling as they have no one to watch kids but employer wants them in at least part time.

The kids are not ok. Kids (5+) can’t move from their desks. Ice on the school grounds earlier this week meant lots of kids didn’t have outdoor recess/lunch. Our school ground is flooded today and likely the rest of the week. I’m worried about our kids. I feel for our teachers.
