Nothing says “I’m just as American as you” as attacking American federal agents while waving the flag of a foreign nation.

Agree except the last sentence. The alternative is chaos, not anarchy. Under anarchy all the decent people of LA would take their guns down there and simply kill the troublemakers.

What am I missing? Some dude named Corey makes a couple of comments praising Hitler and National Socialism and Daryl makes a post comparing Corey to the Joker and somehow this is supposed to *prove* Daryl is a Nazi? He’s literally making fun of the guy praising Nazis.

Few things anger me more than trying to look up a simple explanation of how to do something and it keeps spitting videos at me. If I’d wanted to watch videos I’d have simply searched YouTube.

I am not saying anyone deserves to be put in this condition, but by definition stopping traffic, effectively an illegal detention of a driver and making them targets for malicious actors is not “peaceful.” This poor woman was lied to about the propriety of her actions.

Good take. I don’t trust US govt like I used to, but trust Iranian govt less and my trust in the media is closer to the latter than the former. If this remains a one-shot to deny development or becomes a Tonkin of the 21st century, that will be the proof of the pudding.

Yes, the Left’s hysterical criticism of such laws has convinced many in healthcare that they say what they don’t. If the law specifically defines abortion to not include ectopic pregnancy, there is no reason any provider should question taking appropriate action.

Maybe it has more to do with being the sort of woman who thinks they’re so smart and successful that they are intimidating to men than with actually being intimidating.

This is savage, and exposes the Leftist “laws for thee but not for me” premise. Elevation of the Judiciary to an Imperial position is the best example of Oligarchy in US federal government.

If by “fire” you mean bitchiness. I see little to recommend any judge resorting to petty ageism to throw ad hominem at critics, much less one of only nine SCOTUS Justices.

He says he “grew up in the third world” but he was living in the United States attending private school since he was 7 years old—that’s not “code switching,” that’s lying. He is a spoiled, privileged young man playing today’s most popular parlor game “Look how oppressed I am.”

One of the most important things President Trump needs to do in his second term is reform the Census to include only citizens. Act now. Force the democrats to litigate. Bring it to SCOTUS. Create precedent. 2030 is coming.

Considering his reliable news sources have been in damage control mode since the election because of their role in covering up Biden’s mental decline and Harris’s incompetence, I’d say he’s stretching it to talk about “truth.”

Probably a typical case of Social Media Outlier Fallacy. Boomers who live a modest retirement, help out their kids, pass on a home and savings (ie the norm) aren’t newsworthy, but extravagant selfish a-holes (ie the outlier) generate articles that get passed around.

When the Constitution was written, proto-Dems were only able to get 3/5 representation for their non-voting cheap labor. Now they’re fighting to keep full representation for their modern serfs.

Never understood the argument that because people who looked vaguely similar to you did bad things to others in the past that you now deserve to have your stuff taken and life upset by people who vaguely look like the former victims.

submandave (@submandave) 's Twitter Profile Photo

It’s a pedestrian point. People with power have always been able to run roughshod over others (qv Jan 6). It’s just another “let’s panic over what Trump *might* do” post.
