Breaking 🚨 We've helped win another victory in court 🙌 The Supreme Court ruled Surrey County Council acted unlawfully by giving planning permission for oil production at Horse Hill in the Surrey countryside without considering the climate impact when the oil is burned.

If sites like Horse Hill are deemed unlawful on this basis, other oil and gas projects should be too. This includes the huge Rosebank field off the coast of Shetland, which will emit more CO2 than the world’s 28 low income countries combined.
