First decent walk in a while. Still struggling after about 30-40mins. Going to take a bit of time I think, but so nice to be out there today!

Could be a while before I’m given the green light from physio to be fully back to normal! Very basic exercises and stretches atm with possibility of up to 8 sessions if needed! 🤦‍♂️

Just signed up for Great Swim in June at Windermere. Haven’t swam for 12months and currently can’t swim to train! What could possibly go wrong 😂😂
