So true. My mom had a severe UTI and we keep giving her plenty of water. It has finally paid off. It helps to measure what you need to drink each day and then doing it!

This is so true. We need to take responsibility for ourselves. Educating ourselves and not relying on others for our wellbeing. Then taking action.
