Games like tonight’s are essential if Tier 2 rugby nations are to improve. It can only be a decade or so, surely, before Scotland can give a decent game to the likes of England and NZ?

What is wrong with everyone? It shouldn’t take governments to advise you that it’s not advisable to meet indoors. The winter wave will be hard for all of us. Stay away!
