Today I wrote to my mother’s GP listing the many things we value their whole team for. They don’t have a magic wand to make her better but they treat her with such fondness and warmth. Here’s to all the GP surgeries who are showing kindness and skill in the toughest of times.

Tonight I rang 999. They agreed the need to send an ambulance as a high priority, but warned me that probably equated to a six hour wait. They arrived in ten minutes. Thank you to all the awesome paramedics and hospitals delivering under intense pressure. We so value you.

Outstanding response from Tesla West Drayton today. I turned up unannounced panicked about a noise that sounded dangerous. A technician immediately offered to check it, diagnosed the problem & reassured me all was well until the planned service next week. Brilliant, thank you.
