Diversity is who is in the room. Inclusion is who has influence in that room. Anti-racism is a mindset, way of being, and goal for a group of people in a room. These are not interchangeable terms.

To meaningfully co-design programs with those who have been the most marginalized by our systems, healthcare leaders need to step outside hospitals & into communities. Imagine hosting open meetings of the senior executive team in shelters, community centres, school gyms...?
