Can anyone help with this water main issue at 31st and Cherry? Our tenants have been without water since 10 am and no KC water services are currently on site anywhere in the neighborhood. KCMO 311 was no help other than to say it could take 48 hrs..Wes Minder, P.E. Brian David Platt

The fact that the $10,000 Toyota pickup is illegal in the US is a perfect example of how our gigantic committee rule government crushes the American spirit. A cheap, cool, reliable truck should be the most American thing ever. Instead we get endless $40,000 gray blobs.

This is a quick visualization of just how much space is required to be occupied by parking in majority of Kansas City, per section 88-420 of the Zoning and Development Code.

Why aren't you seeing more housing product and supply happening in KCMO? Because if an internal client is having to waste time and money because of "the code" someone holding a note at a 7% interest rate isn't going to take the risk to build a new housing product. 5/

Lack of support by whom? The city council has approved this lane right? Something is wrong if we can't get enough "support" for the most requested mobility lane to connect the most popular PML/trails on a road diet candidate road that is already 1/2 built. Brian David Platt

Long needed resurfacing happening on 63rd St. this week. Jason Waldron Uday KCMO Will the prescribed road diet and street adjustments that were implemented on the Wornall-Main stretch also happen here? Would hate to have to wait for the next resurfacing in 10 years.

A sincere thank you to everyone who signed petitions and reached out to city leaders. It wouldn’t have happened without the support of Kansas City Mayor Q Eric Bunch and everyone in local government making Cleaver safer for all. The transformation starts today!

Hopping between lanes makes KC's four-lane roads — like Troost Ave, 39th St and Independence Ave — the most dangerous places for car crashes in the city. The city council decided to slim down 28 roads the next time they’re repaved to make them safer. buff.ly/4eGQQSm
