Spent the morning with Frank Siller, President of Tunnel to Towers Foundation as he continues his 500+ mile walk from the Pentagon to Shanksville to Ground Zero to remember the victims of 9/11 on its 20th anniversary. People ask me how they can help. Get out there, and make a sacrifice.

My thoughts on Afghanistan are tattooed on my back. The wound is in the shape of Sangin, where we all fought. The pattern is the carbon fiber I will wear for the rest of my life. I'd do it all again. Any time. Anywhere. For freedom. With my brothers. Rest in peace. Semper Fi.
