Preprints are great... in theory. They get science out fast and without paywalls. But what good is a free archive of all scientific knowledge without journals to tell you which papers are worth your time, and without impact factors to tell you who to hire?

This seems a really nicely structured programme. It would be great to see something like this as part of non clinical research training, i.e. doctoral research embedded in a career pathway, and with a proper salary.
