🧵Excited to share our latest publication in Clinical Neuroradiology! 🚀🧠 We show that adding post-contrast susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI+C) significantly enhances the detection of active lesions in multiple sclerosis (MS). (1/5)

Hey #spinetwitter, this is something we don’t discuss enough. Height loss and widening of cervical vertebral bodies. Jinkins called it “degenerative radial remodeling.” What do you call it? Or do you call it at all?

The under recognition of glenoid dysplasia is probably several times more prevalent than the missing of borderline or low-grade acetabular dysplasia in my experience. Nice example here. This will be called normal very frequently.

Cavernomas are dynamic lesions, and this is reflected by imaging appearances that extends beyond the classical "popcorn" look. The Zambramski classification helps describe and stratify CCMs. More info here: youtu.be/GDEgPLuAP7k #MedEd #FOAMed #RADed #FOAMrad #radres
