I am to kickstart a series of courses from the Amnesty Human Rights Academy! Just completed my first course, Introduction to Human Rights, learning how important it is for the state to respect, protect, and fulfil the rights of its people.

Three things I have take out of this course: 1. You don't have to know everything, you can always ask for help. 2. For effective results, it's best to use learner based approaches. 3. HRE is about giving people the tools that they need to understand and advocate for their rights.
