Today we worked on “making space” for our stressors. The flour represented our stressors and the pebbles the things that are important to us.

In the first jar we focused on our stressors first placing all the flour in and were unable to fit in all the things that were important to us after that.

In the second jar we focused on what was important to us first, placing in all the pebbles like family, friends, writing and cooking before focusing on our stressors which easily fit around what was important to us.

Our OT room refurbishment is finally complete. What a transformation! The new space will make all the difference in the new year, can’t wait 😊 Video starring Louise Harney

Over the weekend we received this wonderful donation from Manchester United bought in by a service users Mum. Can wait to see what wonderful meals are created over the festive period with all these goodies🎄

Little bit frosty 🥶 but we finally managed to plant our Christmas tree as part of this weeks gardening group. Service users reported they were excited to see it grow over the next year and decorate for Christmas 2021 🎄
