Stockport young and rare dementia team, along with service users and members of local group EDUCATE, recently spoke to UoS_MHNurs students.

Together they discussed lived experience, their diagnostic journey, what support is available, and trying to live well with dementia.

We are hiring the first peer support workers in Greater Manchester for people with a learning disability.
