Today I ran my first TCS London Marathon. It was an amazing experience and I completed the marathon in 3hrs 57mins. Thank you so much to everyone who has sponsored me. Now for a well earned burger.

Really enjoyed the last day of the Mayo Clinic Teach the Teachers Stiff Elbow course, consisting of cadaveric workshops focusing on elbow arthroscopy skills and various approaches to the elbow.

It was a pleasure to meet Steven Drew, the president of British Elbow & Shoulder Society in Aberdeen.

Using the Da Vinci Bridge to demonstrate a construction that is stable in compression and is similar to the technique used to fix and stabilise a distal humerus fracture British Elbow & Shoulder Society.

Really enjoyed attending the SECEC meeting. It was great to present a talk on ‘Factors Affecting Tennis Elbow’.

It was great to attend SECEC in Munich and to catch up with fellow colleagues & to make new connections.
