After 2 additional nights in Miami I’m finally making it home. Delta notified my friend & I our flights were cancelled at 11am on Sunday for our 6pm flight to LGA. Did not rebook us, did not offer a hotel, nor food. We were left stranded. CONT’D

I fly Delta at least once a month, have status, and the delta reserve card. saying I’m a loyalist is an understatement. But this weekend 1/9 of my bachelorette guests flying delta made it home on Sunday. With little to no help from Delta on accommodations or rebooking. CONT’D

I waited over 3 hours on the phone with Delta to rebook & the agent who was helping me was rude & unhelpful until I started reciting delta’s official statements & passenger rights. & all she could do was rebook me but nothing else with hotel nor food. CONT’d

Half of my friends had to pay a premium to fly other airlines to just get home before Wednesday. Two of them got 2 delta flights cancelled& had to wait 5 hours on line in the airport to get rebooked. Delta this all to say is you owe all your customers refunds & compensation

In the same week I got Covid, my venue (The Art Factory) cancels my wedding because they have foreclosed, and now the Marriott Hotels Courtyard in Wayne, NJ won’t refund my hotel where I was supposed to stay the night of my wedding even though on Thursday night they said they would
