Disappointing response from Tesla Motors NL lawyer. Their are NOT willing to acknowledge that they are at fault and are stating that their Service Employees had no way of knowing the ins and outs of this car. Tesla doesn't record conversations, so legally I have nothing #Teslies

It's final; Tesla has now made it abundantly clear they do not WISH to activate the comfort package, to discourage import of cars (I did not import this myself, but ám being punished). So this is a giant middle finger from Tesla. Is this how you run your business Elon Musk?

Strange reasons given by Tesla for not activating comfort package: 1. Not allowed by law; 2. Not allowed because of the fiscal value; 3. Engineering doesn't want to, because it's just a few cars that are affected; 4. Tesla has no authorization and is against import. Elon Musk ?!
