My friend Natalie & えぇ素人＠プロより素人で抜きたい wrote a children’s book during the lockdown which explain what worries are & ways that children can deal with those worries (strategies they can use) if anyone is interested in a resource like this it can be found on Amazon

The best thing to happen during this year is that children wear PE kits to school on PE day. It’s an utter revelation.
