Officers from Merseyside Specials worked closely with RSPCA Australia on Friday evening to locate and arrest a male wanted under S.4 & S.9 of the Animal Welfare act 2006 – Male was located at an address in Liverpool, arrested and transferred to custody – Excellent partnership working.
