My first day at #WEF24 began with an important event devoted to support for #Ukraine with Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський and Ursula von der Leyen and many of its strongest supporters. It is morally right to back Ukraine and the costs of not supporting it will far outweigh those of continuing to do so.

Ukraine has many, many friends here at #WEF24. I do hope Ukrainian visitors to Davos feel that. Today I sat down with another of those friends Special Representative Penny Pritzker from a country, the USA, which has been a strong backer of The EBRD's efforts to support Ukraine's real economy.
