Great day with lab (& family) running the 10km or 42km at #GCM24. Marathon runners Jacob Keech, Kyra Hamilton, & Matthew Hamilton, were all first timers & all ran under 6hrs: 05:05:55, 05:59:53, 05:28:15, respectively. Massive achievement 👏 👏 👏 Martin Hagger Sabryna Sas
