If you want to do great things you need time to think. Time alone. No people. You need to remove yourself from any form of external information that could interrupt the important work your subconsious is doing. Since they are always busy, most people don't understand this luxury.

Reject the busy life. Always doing, never being. Always stressed and worried, never giving your mind a chance to breathe. The most successful people I know aren't the busiest, they're the ones who protect their thinking time as if everyone is out to steal it, because they are.

The difference between a good employee and a great employee is the size of the decisions you can trust them to make without you.

Entrepreneurship isn't easy. The default path feels better because we've been trained on it since childhood. People around you understand it. Society rewards your participation in it. Friends & family expect you to conform to it. But easy and fulfilling aren't the same thing.
