Mental health should be taught in schools and should be a mandatory class. They must know how to protect, care for, and enhance their mental well-being. They should know the warning signs when someone is mentally struggling and how to react. That’s just for starters.

Adults should- in my view - be able to order things from the "children's" menu when out for a meal. It may be they can only eat smaller portions. It may be they have food sensitivities. It might be that they just want that meal! It's not "childrens" food... it's just food.

It was not your fault. The things you have been through. The things people have put you through. The way that you were hurt was not your fault. I need you to hear that and believe me when I say it. It was not your fault.

In most cases, when people die by su*cide, they don’t really want to die, they just want the pain they’re enduring to end.💔 It’s so important to reach out to people and make sure they’re okay. You could save a life.

We had the chance to chat with fearne cotton for #OCDAwarenessWeek. We talked about the realities of living with OCD — a condition that’s often misunderstood. OCD goes far beyond just being “neat” or “clean”. It’s a complex mental health problem that can affect us in ways most

Mental illnesses are disabilities. They are also (in my view) physical illnesses too. The brain is the body. We need to stop separating them so much.

Does anyone else with ocd ever think something is “bad” when others don’t think it is (those without ocd) and struggle to understand why they perceive things differently??? Advice would be appreciate?
