Jas did 24 years in the air force. He was a Tornado pilot and did numerous other jobs before joining the Red Arrows

Jas says everything done by the Red Arrows is down to teamwork - something you can apply to business

Jas says it was in Kirton Lindsey in 2002 when the syncro pair wasn't parallel and the two aircraft were heading for each other at 400mph

They managed to avoid each other thankfully!
