Reports, reports, reports! Orchestrator can handle those, too 💯 We have replaced running through scheduler and handle them through studio now for maintenance ease. This way, users can run them ad hoc, daily, weekly, etc. Get a notification when they're done or to their inbox✉️

Connectors & connections allow you to send & receive🔁data to third parties. See the image for the possibilities. REST, database & FTP are the most common types of connectors. I regularly use connectors when I need to call another orchestration based off the first completing.

See something you want to do, but not how to do it? Use groovy or java scripting in a custom request to get it done. Since we aren’t up to date, I taught myself groovy to manipulate dates (see image) instead of taking advantage of logic extensions that we talked about yesterday.

Out of attachments, connectors, logic extensions, and custom requests tell me your fav in the comments below👇 We've been through 8 orchestrator components so we're making strides, yet there's still a wealth of knowledge to uncover. #AskMeAnything #OrchStudio #ThursdayRecap

Communication is SO invaluable. Messages allow us to email/notify end users that an orchestration is complete, what it’s done, what they need to do next, etc. Really the possibilities are endless. What’s your favorite message you have setup or received based off an orchestration?

Rules📏are kind of self-explanatory. They contain conditional logic that evaluates conditions, and determines whether the conditions are true or false. These determine how the orchestration processes the incoming data and can change what happens to it based on the result.

You got a preview yesterday in the image of a cross-reference if you caught that. The🔄component maps incoming data (third-party data) to an EnterpriseOne value. The E1 value that is identified in the🔄is considered the output. The output is then passed to next step.

When a white list is added to an orchestration, only inputs with IDs that are listed in the white list are permitted for processing by the Orchestrator. If ID is missing, the orchestration is terminated. These have to be mapped in P952000 similar to cross-references.
