It's been 23 years, and the writing in "Veetuku Veedu Looty" still feels crisp; each episode is so precise with its plots and sub-plots, and the acting feels natural to this day. Not to mention, Saranya Ponvannan and Ravi Raghavendra's chemistry is so good!

You know the job market is bad when even Chitti looks like he is worried about being replaced by AI, and has taught Satti and Sanaa to live within their means as a single income, middle class robot family.

You could've lined up and then walked in peacefully after the gates opened, but no, it always has to be a mad rush that can potentially turn into a stampede. Our people are the worst when it comes to forming a queue and then sticking to it.

It'd be such a missed opportunity if Sathyaraj doesn't call Shruti's character, "Preethi, Preethi" in his signature Vikram (1986) Sugirtharaj modulation in #Coolie! Loki, konjam paathu indha fan service senjidu raja!

#Coolie has been watched! Thorough entertainer from start to finish, but not because of any mind-bending, never-seen-before story, but because of the constant stream of high moments throughout the runtime! Definitely a movie made for the big screen!

Nothing screams "made for 1 week of IG reels trend" than tacky lyrics using the year's most used lingo and topical references. Do lyricists & MDs have no interest in even attempting to make timeless classics anymore? All we get these days are these cheapass temu songs!

Won't forget the fever dream/nightmare that Karnan gave me for the next couple of nights after watching it alone in a theater. Great movie, for sure. But also a very intense movie that I will never revisit!

I don't know how to explain it, but you read certain names and you immediately know that the person is a Malaysian Tamil. Very unique!

Everything that I've seen or heard about that affair chef has been against my will. Please tell me he or his side chick are not participating in Bigg Boss this season (or any other season for that matter).

I thought about this, but I never understood why movies like Sakkarakatti and Engeyum Kaadhal, which had piss poor stories and flopped big time, didn't affect our perceptions about their respective albums, and have a high repeat value to this day. Maybe it's an expectation thing!

It'd be a Kafkaesque movie where Sivaji just creates a change.org petition, fills a lot of government forms, and writes LinkedIn posts about how his struggles led him back to developing b2b SaaS again! "Sivaji um naan dhaan. Sivakumar um naan dhaan!"
