wish more people talked about the trauma experienced by the women in resident evil instead of completely ignoring it. it's gotten to the point where more people only talk about the men's trauma...when most of the women had been through arguably so much worse.

completely agree. I think it reflects how society treats women’s trauma. it gets downplayed & only really acknowledged when it’s useful to someone else. we need to talk about it! and I'm sure so many women see parts of themselves in RE's girls & the things they’ve survived.
