Please be aware you will be asked to fill in a brief form at our flu/covid clinics. This is to ensure you are seen quickly by the clinicians and that the vaccines are entered correctly on your record. These forms are mandatory to complete to ensure you have a smooth experience.

We have had an alarming number of incidents this week in which our staff have suffered aggressive behaviour or verbal abuse. Please remember we are here to help you and that the practice operates a zero tolerance policy for this behaviour.

Common winter illnesses are beginning to circulate in children and with half term coming to an end this week, it's important to know how to treat the same at home and when to seek medical advice.

Your local Pharmacy is able to treat common ailments in adults and children, without the need for an appointment. The Pharmacist will be able to provide advice and recommend over the counter medications to help treat the issue.

This is a reminder that our longstanding policy is still in place regarding telephone appointments, even if they are booked through Rapid Health. The clinician could call anytime between 8:00am and 6:30pm on the day of the appointment.
