Common sense explanation of non-masking behavior. I continue to mask in public despite husband and friends who choose not to. Last year I was the only teacher continuing to mask. Also didn’t miss school for illness unlike the others. I’ve never been one to follow the crowd.

I can never remember which oils... stick with clean sourced animal products, olive oil, and avocado oil. I think coconut oil is ok too.
