I don’t think this take will age well. The industry keeps separating storage and compute then opening the door to competitors to bring them back close together. I think best DB companies will allow you to config local low latency storage or config benefits of network storage.

i’ve been playing with this idea recently claude code likes to follow what you do if you give it really good coding patterns to follow, that are testable and clean, it spits out more of the same stuff, and you can vibe much more complex features clean code has never been so
