Horrific. Credit to the officers for getting to a position of charging the suspects. Can't imagine how emotive this is to investigate. Rachel Kearton

I'm so very sorry to read that Caroline has passed away. A tireless champion of Woodbridge, Suffolk and a variety of causes, it speaks to Caroline's immense character and courage that, even in her final days, she was still campaigning. She'll be missed by so many.

7a, our short breaks unit in Stowmarket, held a Chocolate Bingo Night earlier on in August to raise funds to go towards developing their Sensory Hive/Garden. We're thrilled to share that there was a huge turnout and they raised a massive £505! #SocialCare

LINK care can be a lifeline for parents and carers of children with disabilities. Its impact can be invaluable. LINK carers are particularly needed for Suffolk’s younger cohort of disabled children, between the ages of 3-8 years. Find out more: fosterandadopt.suffolk.gov.uk/link-care

Walking to the shop before work and heard two students Whcps HT giving each other a 'pep talk' on the way to school has been the highlight of my week. "If you think positive, you will be positive. I know you can do it today".

Delighted for Jack Abbott MP. A decent guy who genuinely cares for his town. I'm just gutted I no longer live in Ipswich. Really hope the town can start to heal as it's such a special place. #HopeNotHate

A strong, well-funded social care system is key to keeping people independent at home, healthy and out of hospital. Which is why any plan to fix the NHS requires the development of an adult social care plan in parallel - we look forward to working with Government to develop that

ADASS supports better pay for frontline workers, however, we've been clear that this must be fully-funded by Government. Otherwise it risks exacerbating the challenging financial outlook which our members labeled 'as bad as it has been in recent history' in our last annual survey

Unpaid carers provide vital care & support & shouldn’t have to worry about paying for essentials. Our care system is unsustainable without them. Currently, financial support for them isn’t working. Carer's Allowance must be improved & made more flexible for carers to work & care.

Possibly the most chilling thing I've ever seen. #24hoursinpolicecustody - so much respect for the Cambs Police 💙 officers. Not sure how they're so composed and professional when faced with such horror.
