Lovely film celebrating community and its relationship with its river (the much loved Dodder). Well done to John Gormley for the film. And to Local Authority Waters Programme for supporting.
Congratulations John Gormley and Dodder Action on tonight's screening. 'This is Your River' is a beautiful tribute to the Dodder and all who love her. I hope it will draw attention to the vital contribution rivers make to our urban environments.

Dublin has lost its best MEP. I’m gutted for Ciarán Cuffe , a brilliant campaigner on Climate Change.
A young Eamon Ryan , 24, was my campaign manager in the 1989. I co-opted him to my council seat in 1998. He succeeded me as leader and TD in dublin bay south. He has been an outstanding minister. Go raibh maith agat, a Eamóin, as do chuid oibre ar son na tíre.
I’m down in Cork to watch Iar Ard Mhéara Chorcaí, Cllr. Dan Boyle elected as Lord Mayor. We were both first elected in 1991. After 33 years this is richly deserved. Well done, Dan. Go n-éiri go geal leat.
Excellent video from Conor McNally - the climate is on the ballot in #GE24
