Synology 1815+ NAS had some problems. Contacted Synology and they sent a replacement. Plugged in all my drives and it worked perfectly. Great customer service. Thanks Synology Inc.!

I'm leasing a Hyundai USA Sonata Hybrid Limited. Great car. A county I don't live in, Pittsylvania County, charged me for property taxes. Hyundai Motor Finance told me they pay all property taxes without question. So I have to pay Hyundai Motor Finance for an invalid charge. What a mess

No Xfinity service for two full days. Switched from Verizon Fios last year because of bad customer service but at least we always had TV and Internet. I can't recall an outage that ever went over 1 day.
