Fixed coupling interval of VEs about 460 msec as green line. When sinus accelerates (the second pic) VEs come at about the rate of P waves. Sometimes VEs may start inadvertently from P wave and mimic intermittent WPW. But longer recording reveals there's no preexcitation.

Patient in 70s, EF 20-25%, severe MV CAD, prohibitive risk for CABG, managed conservatively before returning with NSTEMI, shared decision to proceed with high risk PCI. What would be your approach? Will share what I did

🧵regarding the technique of 2-handed knot tying. It's July again, so it's a good time to revisit this 🧵. 2-handed tying is becoming a lost art in surgery, but I believe it is worth learning. We'll start with just the basic steps. Advanced concepts will come later. (1/)

Three videos on CSP ❗ 🔵 You'll understand 12-lead CSP ECGs better after watching the videos. 🔵 🟡 Excellent explanations to understand blocks, hemiblocks plus interactions of HPS and working myocardium. 🟡 👍🏻recommended to ECG readers even not performing PM implants like me.
