IVUS-use does not equal to IVUS-guidance, results from the IVUS-ACS trial

Great trial with impressive results. The impression is that most included lesions were rather severe so to some extent the trial also seems to say that a negative FFR in a high grade lesion is not as much a guarantee that PCI deferral is fine as previously thought.
