Dear KLM Air France-KLM Group Delta, it is very sad that despite filing a complaint that KLM has lost my check-in bag on DEL-JFK flight on the 22nd (business class), there has been no attempt from KLM to help Rahul Taneja. Kindly help as the contents are quite valuable
