Whilst it is not related to DNA repair or replication, an interesting study I was peripherally involved in is out now Journal of Experimental Medicine. Dominant mutations in ITPR3 cause combined immunodeficiency in humans. Congrats to Alexandra Kreins, the lead PI of this study. rupress.org/jem/article/22…
