Worst service by Air India today afternoon when we wr about to fly to Bgm from B'lore airport at 2.15pml they made us to wait in Air bus nearly 2hrs and at 4 pm said flight is having tech prob all the passengers requested a lot for alternate arrange but no response.worst behavior
