We have a housing starts crisis. Last month, only 53 new and preconstruction condos sold in Toronto. New projects aren't moving forward, which means no new homes in 2028. Toronto should take a page out of Mississauga and Brampton's book, cut DCs and get shovels in the ground.

Complex, hand-laid masonry facades…gifts that keep on giving…after years of logistical brain damage getting them complete.

Toronto Hydro is a major obstacle to the delivery of new infill homes. What some developers are being forced to pay for new services is just ridiculous.
