Are trans depictions of characters allowed? Trans depictions are not just allowed but encouraged! If Yoshi-P hasn't personally told us what someone's got in their pants, it's not uncanonical. (And if he has, fantasias are a thing so it doesn't have to stay that way.)

"The only question I have is how long each submission should be approximately!" - Fic can be up to 3000 words (no minimum), and art can either be a single piece or up to 4 pages for comics.
