Yesterday I headed back to campus but this time to present a lecture on part of my PhD research looking at the representation of politicians’ children in the British press during the early twentieth century. 📚👨🏻‍💻 Thanks to History for inviting me back.

The printed and bound copies of my thesis have arrived!! After countless hours of planning, writing, and editing, seeing my thesis in physical form really made me appreciate how much time, effort, and energy went into producing it. So pleased with the end result 🤩📚

Valentine’s Day!! 💌 The letters between Winston and Clementine Churchill highlight their devotion and love. Churchill once wrote to Clementine, “My greatest good fortune, in a life full of brilliant experiences, has been to find you and to lead my life with you.”
