New order from the PA Supreme Court gives counties some clarity on how to handle undated/misdated mail ballots, but doesn't fully resolve the issue. Counties are ordered NOT to count these ballots next week. But the judges are deadlocked about whether counting them is illegal.

It happening very quickly, here's a former McConnell chief of staff threatening brands that don't want to advertise on Twitter.

According to Allegheny County there are 385 - mail-in or absentee ballots with no dates 618 - mail in or absentee ballots with incorrect dates
